The hike I took up Arthur's Seat in Edinburg, Scotland in 2017 has continued to swirl around in my head to this day. The misting rain threatened to storm our whole visit, but instead simply kept the air cool. This rug design is an abstraction of the notable ancient volcano with the contours of the landscape drawn in angled lines, like the slanting rain that day.
