FABRICATION
1. Making the pattern out of poplar
2. Patterns assembled into trays of ten tiles
3. Eight urethane molds are cast creating the capacity to cast 80 tiles at a time
4. Tiles are organized by color and are hand filed to make sure interlocking fits
