One-A-Day Brick

This novel masonry unit was designed with the idea of using the connection of modules to be used as a design element. The design features corresponding positive and negative parts that interlock vertically and can turn a 90 degree angle. The contours require the plasticity of concrete cast in a rubber mold and can cast a brick every 24 hours. Since each brick is produced by hand, color can be customized to enhance the rhythmic profile, making the brick highly configurable and continually visually interesting.
